Privacy Policy

Last updated:

CALLMINT ("we", "us", or "our") provides an AI revenue-recovery platform for local service businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, our marketing pages, and the SMS messages we send on behalf of the businesses that use CALLMINT.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information necessary to deliver the CALLMINT service, communicate with customers on behalf of subscribed businesses, and operate our website.

Account and contact information. When you sign up for CALLMINT, we collect your email address, your name, and the contact details you provide for billing. When your business invites a teammate, we collect that teammate's contact information.

Business and CRM data. To configure the AI text-back and qualification flows, a subscribing business uploads information about its services, hours, service area, FAQs, contacts, leads, and prior customers. That data is processed on the business's behalf and is governed by the business's agreement with CALLMINT.

Phone numbers for SMS. When a caller misses a call, requests a text-back, books an estimate, or otherwise gives consent to be contacted, we collect the phone number those messages will be sent to. We use those numbers solely to deliver the service the caller or the subscribed business requested.

Usage and device data. We log basic technical information — IP address, browser type, referring page, and pages viewed — to operate, secure, and improve the site and the service.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to deliver and improve the CALLMINT service: respond to missed calls, qualify leads over SMS, schedule appointments, send estimate follow-ups, reactivate lapsed customers, generate the ROI dashboard, and support billing and account management.

We do not use mobile information or SMS consent for marketing or promotional purposes beyond the service the recipient requested, and we do not sell or share that information with third parties or affiliates for those purposes.

3. SMS Communications & A2P Disclosures

CALLMINT sends text messages on behalf of the local service businesses subscribed to the platform — to recover missed calls, qualify leads, schedule and remind about appointments, follow up on open estimates, and reactivate lapsed customers. We only send SMS to recipients who have provided their phone number and consented to be contacted, either directly to the subscribed business or to CALLMINT on its behalf.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information for money, and we do not share mobile information or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We share information only as needed to operate the service: with the telephony and messaging providers that deliver SMS on our behalf; with our payment processor to collect subscription fees; with the calendar provider the subscribed business connects; and with the AI providers that help generate text replies. Those providers are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations at least as protective as those in this policy.

We may disclose information if required by law, to cooperate with a lawful government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of CALLMINT, our customers, or others.

5. Cookies & Analytics

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your theme preference, and understand aggregate traffic to our marketing pages. You can disable cookies in your browser settings without losing access to the core features of the service.

6. Your Rights & Choices

Opt out of SMS at any time. Reply STOP to any CALLMINT text message and you will receive a one-time confirmation, after which no further messages will be sent to that number. Reply HELP for customer-care contact information.

Access, correction, and deletion. If you have interacted with aCALLMINT-subscribed business and want to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, email callmint-2@polsia.app from the address or phone number on file and we will route your request.

Subscribed businesses can update, export, or delete the CRM and contact data they uploaded through their CALLMINT workspace at any time.

7. Children's Privacy

CALLMINT is intended for adults running or interacting with local service businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact callmint-2@polsia.app and we will delete it.

8. Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards — encryption in transit, access controls, audit logging, and least-privilege permissions on internal tooling — to protect the information we hold. No system is perfectly secure; if you ever have a security concern, please email callmint-2@polsia.app.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced by email and through the CALLMINT workspace; continued use of the service after a change indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
